Mayonnaise Mask

Mayonnaise plays a key role in hydrating and smoothing hair. It contains L-cysteine, a powerful antioxidant that strengthens hair, enhances shine, and increases thickness. This mask also helps repair damaged and dry hair. To use, massage half a cup of mayonnaise into your hair, focusing on dry and damaged areas. Cover your hair with a shower cap and leave for 30 minutes before rinsing thoroughly with cool water and shampoo.[1]

Avocado Mask

Avocado is rich in vitamins A and E, essential minerals, and healthy fats, making it one of the best natural remedies for dry and damaged hair. It deeply moisturizes and strengthens hair. To apply, mash fresh avocado with one egg, spread the mixture evenly on damp hair, leave for 20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly several times.[2]

Milk Mask

Milk contains vital proteins and vitamins essential for hair health, including casein protein. It effectively nourishes, hydrates, and strengthens hair while helping to manage dry and frizzy hair. Follow these steps to use it:[3]

  • Ingredients:
    • One ripe banana.
    • 100 milliliters of milk.
  • How to use:
    • Cut the banana into small pieces and blend using a blender.
    • Add milk and mix until a thick paste forms.
    • Apply the mask from roots to tips.
    • Leave on for 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water and shampoo.
