Key Responsibilities: Client Coordination Collect cheques from clients via courier services or through driver coordination. Financial Operations: Maintain accurate records of all cheques, including cheque numbers, deposit dates, and clearance status. Manage the return of security and closed contract repayment cheques to clients. Issue VAT invoices, process refunds, and handle related documentation. Handle collection efforts through calls, emails and manage the relationship with the third party service providers. Administrative and HR Support: Coordinate visa processing and other PRO (Public Relations Officer) activities. Managing health insurance for all team members in UAE Supporting UAE recruitment efforts in scheduling interviews and screening candidates
