Job Responsibilities: Coordinate between Sales team and Design team to ensure smooth project workflow. Maintain and update company files, records, and project documents. Handle basic administrative tasks such as correspondence, data entry, and filing. Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and presentations as required. Ensure proper documentation is available and easily accessible. Support management in day-to-day office operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred. Prior experience in administration, preferably in construction/contracting industry. Good communication and coordination skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
