Position: HR/Admin Company: Easy Trip Technical Services LLC Job Summary: Easy Trip Technical Services LLC is seeking a skilled and organized Admin with 2–3 years of experience to manage administrative, sales, and client coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities to ensure smooth operations of our technical services department. Key Responsibilities: •Prepare and issue professional quotations for clients. •Draft, review, and send business emails with proper etiquette. •Maintain and update sales reports, due lists, and payment follow-ups. •Coordinate with clients and ensure excellent customer service. •Follow up with customers regarding ongoing work and pending •Manage daily administrative tasks to support technical operations. •Use Zoho CRM and related software to manage leads, projects, and client information. •Maintain proper documentation of contracts, reports, and communications. •Coordinate between technical teams and clients for smooth project execution. Requirements: •Minimum 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills. •Proficiency in email communication and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). •Knowledge of Zoho CRM or similar platforms (preferred). •Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. •Good organizational and follow-up skills.
