As we scale, we’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our founder and team with day-to-day operations and strategic coordination — all remotely. The Role: This is a remote, non-office-based role perfect for someone who’s organised, resourceful, and thrives in a flexible environment. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping things on track, managing time, and helping the business run smoothly behind the scenes. What You’ll Be Doing: Managing the founder’s calendar, appointments, and communications Organising meetings (internal and external), taking notes, and tracking action points Handling inbox management and drafting communications Coordinating travel, logistics, and virtual events Supporting light admin tasks (document management, data entry, follow-ups) Conducting online research and preparing briefs Occasionally assisting with personal admin (bookings, gifts, etc.) What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a PA/EA or similar role (preferably in tech or startups) Strong tech literacy: comfortable using tools like Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs), Notion, Slack, Zoom, Calendly, etc. A self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable, discreet, and organised under pressure Comfortable working in a dynamic, remote-first environment Excellent written English Bonus Points If You Have: Experience working with tech founders or startup teams Interest in Web3, fintech, or digital innovation Familiarity with managing social media or content workflows Why Join Us: Work directly with a founder on high-impact projects Fully remote with flexible hours Chance to grow with the business as we scale Opportunity to shape your own role in a forward-thinking tech environment
