We are seeking a proactive and high-energy Chief Operating Officer (COO) to work closely with the Head of a Family Office on a wide range of operational and strategic initiatives. The Family Office is focused on public markets investment, with a growing interest in AI-enabled opportunities and other forward-thinking ventures. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a background in operations or startups, and is eager to contribute across multiple business functions. The role offers hands-on involvement in project execution, team coordination, and process improvement—with significant exposure to investment, tech, and innovation ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic right-hand to the founder in day-to-day execution and decision-making Coordinate and oversee projects, sourcing people and resources to get things done efficiently Monitor business operations, flag issues, and drive follow-ups to resolution Identify and implement improvements to internal processes, including leveraging tech and automation tools Support planning, scheduling, and communication across various business initiatives Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism Who You Are: 2–5 years of experience in operations, project management, or as an EA in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (preferably a tech startup) Passionate about technology and process optimization High initiative, resourceful, and thrives on getting things done Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with limited direction Quick learner, with a desire to grow and take on increasing responsibility Preferred age: 28–32 We are seeking a male candidate for this position

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the balance scorecard framework to improve organizational performance and align business activities to the vision and strategy of the company. Responsibilities Design and develop balanced scorecard metrics and performance indicators that align with the company's strategic objectives. Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistency and integration of performance management processes. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the balanced scorecard implementation to identify areas of improvement. Provide training and support to team members on the balanced scorecard methodology and tools. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management.
