EXPERIENCE & SKILLS 5 + years of experience as a Hairdresser Skills in Beauty industry facials, operating beauty room machines Nails treatments, pedicure, manicure Advanced Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES perform a broad range of Beauty services from cutting here to performing scalp treatments remove hair using permanent and temporary methods such as electrolysis and waxing apply hair products like serum cream and Clay to treat hair recommend hairstyles and now colours to match needs and personal style prepare here for styling by analyzing hair condition shampooing and treating here giving a manicure pedicure or other nail treatment like extensions and now art provide non-surgical skin Improvement treatments make sure that the working area is clean and equipment to sterilize at all times keep track of levels of stock such as lotions and nail polishes form any attitudes assigned by the supervisor

What you'll do Business Growth and Account Strategy: Drive proactive joint business planning to create value and continuous growth with top-tier brands and local accounts. Identify new opportunities to increase revenue, profitability, and market share, while regularly conducting business reviews to ensure performance alignment and strategic growth. Partner Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant partners, acting as the primary point of contact. Provide exceptional support, resolve operational issues, and optimize partner content to maximize performance. Commercial Optimization: Renegotiate commission rates, manage contracts, and drive advertising sales. Create and manage promotions to boost order volume and enhance partner visibility & increase partner value. Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze account performance, make data-backed decisions, and maintain accurate sales records, follow-up activities, and performance reports. Operational Excellence: Quickly resolve technical and operational issues to ensure partners remain live and optimized on the platform. What you'll need Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other related field Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Sales/Account Management Excellent attention to detail, people skills and organization skills Negotiation Skills Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working Strong Communication skills (Written and Verbal) Excel Skills.
