Develop and innovate new recipes that align with seasonal ingredients and current dessert trends, pushing the boundaries of traditional pastry making. Oversee the preparation and presentation of pastry items for events and menu offerings, ensuring timeliness and quality under pressure. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards to prevent contamination and ensure health compliance. Desired Candidate Profile Culinary degree or certification from a recognized pastry school to ensure foundational knowledge and skills. Minimum of 3-5 years of professional pastry kitchen experience, demonstrating progression in responsibilities and creativity. Previous experience in high-volume pastry production environments, showcasing ability to work efficiently under pressure. Proficient in various pastry techniques, including but not limited to chocolate work, sugar art, and dough preparation.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct periodic and comprehensive inspections of vehicles (internal and external). Ensure operational readiness and safety of vehicles before and after usage. Document and follow up on vehicle handover and return procedures. Prepare and track reports on maintenance, faults, and required repairs. Monitor accident handling procedures in coordination with service providers. Record meter readings and update fleet information within the maintenance/warranty system. Desired Candidate Profile Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards. Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms. Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities. Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk. Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments. Communicate issues to next shift. Complete required paperwork.
