The Role Accountable for delivering customized training and assessments to site-based crane operators, riggers, and banksman slingers, ensuring contractor personnel meet required competencies. Accountable for conducting thorough practical and theoretical assessments, guaranteeing compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements. Accountable for evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of training programs, incorporating feedback to drive continuous improvement. Accountable for collaborating with management to ensure training programs consistently align with EnerMech’s safety, quality, and operational standards. Accountable for maintaining accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation in line with regulatory obligations and company policies. Accountable for creating and sustaining a safe, positive, and effective learning environment for all trainees. Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas Responsible for delivering customized training and assessment of site-based crane operators/riggers/Banksman slingers employed by various contractors on site. Conduct practical and theoretical assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Evaluate and communicate the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with management to ensure all training programs align with EnerMech's safety, quality, and operational standards. Maintain accurate training records and documentation as required by regulations and EnerMech policies. Ensure that a safe and positive learning environment is created for all trainees. Requirements Valid Stage 3 Crane Operator Certificate (OPITO or equivalent) Valid Stage 3 Banksman and Slinger Certification (OPITO or equivalent) LEEA Foundation Course certification Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training software tools. Certification in Adult Learning or Training Instruction is preferred. Proven experience in delivering crane operator and banksman slinger courses in an offshore environment, adhering to BS 2573/OPITO/LEEA or equivalent standards Min 15 years of Offshore experience as a crane operator and trainer. Valid Offshore certification( OPITO BOSIET/OPITO IMIST- OEUK MEDICAL)

This role is for Managerial Oversight of Operations, Finance, Business Development Strategy, and implementation. Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas Providing leadership, direction, supervision, and overall management of the execution of the Business Plan and delivery of the TRS annual budget Direct responsibility for defining, refining, implementing, and operational delivery of an effective Business Plan Organization and submission to management of budgets and forecasts Organization and submission to management of accounts as required Managing the tender pipeline and reporting tenders to management each month or more regularly as the parties require Reporting to management at its monthly meetings on KPIs. Administration skills, typing skills, and Word/Excel PowerPoint experience Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be self-motivated, flexible, and have a professional manner Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the Oil and Gas industry Minimum of 18 months of experience working in a personnel logistics role.
