Job description:- The Project Sales Executive will be responsible for - - Generate enquiries, follow-up and book orders for retail and projects as per the target set by the division. - The accurate completion of monthly management reports covering all activities. - Following up on current leads, opportunities and key accounts. - Manage clients effectively and create good prospects. - Create & update reports for cross specification among various sales divisions. - Identify qualified prospects and leads. Sales Target: - Achieve sales / gross margin targets set by the management on monthly, quarterly and annual basis by activities mentioned below. - Generating sales enquires on monthly basis so as to achieve order booking strike rate of 15-20% of enquiry quoted every month based on assigned sales target. - Generate business leads for upcoming projects by regular visits on daily basis to key developer/consultant & contractors. Customer Relation / Networking: - Maintain good rapport with key clients, leading consultants and contractors. Research market in terms of current jobs in hand, current projects under design, current projects on tender stage. - Interact and engage with customers for information / feedback related to competitor’s pricing / products proposed. - Understand and analyze the customer needs. Job Requirements: - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Wooden Flooring, Laminates & Wood Veneer, market intelligence, industry trends and competition in the assigned territory. - The Project Sales Executive will report to the Sales Manager, however, channels exists for direct communication with the General Manager and other member from the senior leadership team at weekly meetings or as and when required. - Highly organized and self-motivated person who can efficiently and effectively manage a wide range of tasks and objectives. - Excellent verbal communication skills in order to deliver persuasive and effective presentations, sales pitches, networking, negotiations, internal communications and relationship management. - Should have won business through developing client relationships centered on solutions that deliver business excellence to both client and contractor. Strong track record in a service industry operating at management level, where client relationships are essential. - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at levels. Budget and costing skills. - The Project Sales Executive will have to demonstrate excellent leadership qualities, be customer focused and be able to handle multiple and often conflicting priorities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Sound communication and articulation skills. - A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace. Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization. It is essential the incumbent should have excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style. - Should have a high comfort level working in a diverse environment. - Strong verbal and writing skills, with regards to contractual communication. - People management skills & problem solving skills. Excellent managerial & administrative skills however at the same time hands on with day to day business operations. - Detail oriented and good reporting skills. Establish clear lines of communication both internally & externally. Strong commercial expertise in driving business results.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: To sell/market reputed brands Solar Energy, Power Generators, Pump Technology, Solar products, solutions and other machineries to various project customers through System Integrators. Direct sales to the Corporate enterprises, B2B customers, System Integrators and other verticals. To achieve and exceed agreed budgeted sales and margin, while managing the development of new and existing customer base within the appointed Geography. To develop new customers and maintain the same. To develop new business, marketing, technical sales presentation and client relations for strategic and large accounts across the industries for end-to-end power electricity and water solutions. Identify latest project and market information through industry sources and regular customer visits. Required Languages: ENGLISH ARABIC FRENCH Required Skills to be Successful: Sales Skills Analytical skills Customer Handling Capability Effective Communication Interpersonal skills Problem Solving Great Organizational & Time Management Abilities Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills. Business Acumen & Market Understanding What Equips you for the Role: Bachelor Degree with similar Key Account handling Experience. 5 years in similar Key account experience. 6 - 7 years of additional qualifying experience in a similar role may substitute for the required education. Candidate’s from the same industry preferably from Solar Energy, Power Generator, Pump Technology industries. Must have experience in selling solutions, handling large accounts and B2B sales.
