What you’ll do Speak with inbound/outbound leads, diagnose needs, and explain Mainland vs Free Zone vs Offshore in simple terms. Build proposals/quotations using our templates; own timely follow-ups across WhatsApp, calls, and email. Coordinate documents with clients and internal PRO team (initial approvals, license, visas). Present confidently on calls/Zoom; run short demos and mini-pitches. Keep CRM notes tidy; drive daily activity targets (calls, meetings booked, proposals sent). Escalate complex cases to seniors; learn fast and apply feedback. You’ll be a fit if you have 0–1 year experience (fresh graduates welcome). Clear English communication (spoken + written). Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is a plus. Confident presentation skills, neat grooming, and a professional tone. High motivation, hunger to win, and resilience with targets. Coachable, organized, comfortable with Google Workspace/CRM & WhatsApp Business. Training & support 1-week onboarding bootcamp: UAE company setup basics, pricing, scripts, compliance. Compensation Basic salary + uncapped commission (10% - 20% slabs) Visa, medical insurance, annual leave, and monthly performance incentives.
