For more information, please visit www.alpheya.com Role description and responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced technical Product Owner to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our B2B Wealth Management Platform. As a critical member of our product team, you'll own the roadmap, drive impactful product enhancements, and champion a user-centric culture of innovation.     What you will achieve  Spearhead successful product development: Guide our B2B platform through iterative, hypothesis-driven cycles, delivering exceptional features that delight users and optimize key metrics like ARR.  Champion customer-centricity: Think holistically across customer journeys, prioritizing roadmaps to eliminate friction points and cater to specific target segments.  Forge impactful partnerships: Foster cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, data science, and leadership to ensure seamless execution and alignment.  Drive data-driven insights: Leverage market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic pivots and product decisions, staying ahead of industry trends.     What you will do  Own the B2B product roadmap, guiding it from ideation to implementation with a keen eye on technical feasibility and market relevance.  Craft and maintain a future-proof product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.  Collaborate with engineers, bridging the gap between technical design and user experience to predict and overcome roadblocks.  Define product priorities and roadmaps across short, medium, and long-term horizons, utilizing data and sound judgment to navigate trade-offs.  Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies to inform product decisions and recommend strategic pivots when needed.  Partner with the agile team to deliver high-quality features through sprint cycles, prioritizing customer and data-driven decisions.  Define success metrics and consistently measure the impact of product initiatives, continuously optimizing for user satisfaction and business outcomes.  Work cross-functionally to bring new products and features to market, maximizing their success and user adoption.   Requirements Proven experience as a Product Owner in a B2B Product-Led Fintech company, ideally within the wealth management or financial services domain.  A strong track record of building and iterating user-centric experiences through hypothesis-driven development methodologies.  Ownership mindset and a "Yes and" attitude, proactively tackling challenges and driving solutions to success.  Demonstrably strong analytical skills, translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic opportunities.  Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with a passion for learning and staying ahead of industry trends.  Deep understanding of wealth management processes and the B2B landscape, coupled with technical acumen to grasp product design trade-offs.  Proficiency in SaaS business metrics like ARR, with a focus on optimization and improvement.  Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across diverse teams.    Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business, finance, computer science, or a related field.  Proven experience driving cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, data science, and leadership.  Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.   Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.  Native or fluent Arabic speaker

You will play a key role in the development of our B2B2C SaaS platform, ensuring a seamless delivery of features that enhance the customer experience for financial institutions and their end clients.    What you will achieve  Spearhead Product Development: Lead the development of portfolio management products, including Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM), Robo-advisory, and omnichannel journeys, in a scalable SaaS environment.  Multi-Channel Solutions: Oversee the creation of solutions across web, mobile, and other channels, ensuring seamless B2B2C service integration for financial institutions.  Customer-Centric Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that focuses on eliminating friction points across the customer journey, enabling institutions to deliver tailored experiences.  Data-Driven Strategy & Market Research: Leverage market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to drive product innovation and ensure that the platform stays ahead of industry trends.  Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, data science, and leadership, to ensure that projects are aligned with business goals and delivered on time.  Agile Product Management: Lead product development from ideation through implementation, ensuring alignment with both technical feasibility and market relevance.
