The Manager will oversee the full operations of a property management and brokerage company, ensuring profitability, compliance, and client satisfaction. Key duties include: • Business & Compliance – Secure and maintain trade licenses (Tajer/DED), ensure full regulatory compliance (Ejari, Tawtheeq, RERA, municipal requirements). • Financial & Revenue Management – Oversee all revenue streams (tenant/owner commissions, management fees, brokerage commissions), monitor KPIs (occupancy, collections, unit growth), prepare reports, and drive profitability strategies. • Property Management Operations – Manage tenant sourcing, screening, leasing contracts, rent collection, arrears follow-up, inspections, and maintenance coordination. • Brokerage Management – Lead property listings (residential & commercial), oversee marketing (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, social media), negotiate deals, and ensure smooth transaction processing. • Client & Stakeholder Relations – Maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and investors; develop partnerships with larger agencies; provide monthly reporting and advisory services. • Marketing & Growth – Implement digital and offline marketing campaigns, drive lead generation, expand portfolio size, and explore cross-selling opportunities (sales to managed clients). • Team Leadership – Supervise staff, allocate resources effectively, manage office operations, and build performance-driven culture. • Risk & Performance Monitoring – Analyze market conditions, forecast risks, adjust pricing/marketing, and ensure consistent revenue despite fluctuations in brokerage activity.

Responsibilities: Accountable for support and facilitation of rental projects in the Eastern Hemisphere region. Manage incoming rental project requests to completion – from initial customer setup to end of rental billing. Efficiently respond to customer inquiries and prepare formal quotes for submission Work with the team to manage the rental schedule and appropriate inventory levels.
