Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees. Desired Candidate Profile Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards. Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms. Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities. Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk. Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments. Communicate issues to next shift. Complete required paperwork.

This role will support the technical operations of our current lab at ADGM and our upcoming Innovation Center near Masdar. The Technician will be responsible for assisting with all technical work, ensuring precision and timeliness, and coordinating with external fabrication partners across the UAE. This position requires someone highly motivated, trustworthy, and detail-oriented, with strong technical skills and the ability to manage workstreams independently under tight timelines. Key Responsibilities - Assist with day-to-day technical work in the laboratory, including assembly, testing, and prototyping activities. - Operate hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments safely and accurately. - Travel frequently within Abu Dhabi, Mussafah, Dubai, Sharjah, and other UAE areas to coordinate with metal workshops, fabrication shops, and suppliers. - Ensure that external work is executed accurately according to engineering drawings, specifications, and project schedules. - Collect and deliver fabricated parts, components, and materials in a timely manner. - Support installation, setup, and troubleshooting of technical systems as required. - Maintain workshop and lab equipment, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and readiness. - Adhere strictly to project timelines and provide updates on progress and potential delays. - Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners. - Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling company technology and intellectual property. Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Purpose: Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, and scaffolding to prepare facilities for events such as banquets and meetings. Spray insecticides and fumigants to prevent insect and rodent infestation. Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment. Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. Steam-clean or shampoo carpets.
