Responsibilities Produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D models and renderings based on design concepts, architectural plans, and sketches. Work closely with internal teams and clients to transform ideas into accurate visual representations. Adjust 3D visuals in response to feedback, ensuring consistency with project objectives. Prepare technical drawings, detailed material specs, and comprehensive rendering packages for presentations and production. Maintain a well-organized digital library of all rendered visuals and project documentation. Participate in the building and assembly of physical displays, set elements, and installations following finalized 3D designs. Utilize various materials-including wood, metal, acrylic, and foam-using both manual and power tools. Assist with the on-site installation and dismantling of structures as needed. Coordinate with the fabrication team to confirm that designs are both practical and production-ready. Uphold safety guidelines and quality standards throughout all fabrication activities. Exhibit strong craftsmanship and attention to detail in all aspects of work. Must demonstrate hands-on skills and a dedication to delivering top-quality results. A high standard of craftsmanship and pride in one’s work is essential.
