Completion of residency training in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery. Board certification in Spine Surgery is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in spine surgery. Expertise in a variety of spine surgical techniques, particularly minimally invasive approaches. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient management. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
