A company in Al Ain is looking for a competent and experienced HR Cum Admin Officer to join its team. Requirements: Proven HR & Admin experience within the UAE Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Laws and HR Policies Experience in drafting employment contracts, HR letters, and internal policies Experience in managing employee records, visa processing, leave management, and payroll support Good knowledge and working experience in ERP systems Proficient in English and Arabic (spoken and written) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to handle administrative tasks and office operations efficiently Key Responsibilities: HR operations and employee relations Drafting & managing employment contracts and HR documentation Knowledge of UAE labor laws and compliance Office administration and coordination ERP data management related to HR & Admin Contact only on WhatsApp
