We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations. The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing. Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Manage onboarding and induction programs for new employees. Assist in payroll preparation and leave/attendance management. Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE labor laws, and regulations. Address employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters. Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills. Support performance appraisal processes and HR initiatives. Promote a positive and professional workplace culture. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Executive/HR Assistant or similar role. Strong knowledge of HR functions, UAE labor laws, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
