As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues and providing end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation of Red Hat solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in cloud technologies, excellent leadership skills, and experience with Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Red Hat OpenShift/OpenStack projects. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. Manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana). Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and hybrid cloud environments. Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Red Hat Certifications (e.g., Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift, Red Hat OpenStack Administrator) are a plus. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are preferred.
