You'll lead the end-to-end implementation and integration of our cutting-edge fintech platform with our clients and be the primary technology point of contact for key client stakeholders. The impact and contributions in this role are pivotal to our company's success.  Leading the implementation and integration of our fintech platform with clients  Evaluating and understanding our client’s technology environment, 3rd party providers, operational workflows  Designing and executing the overall implementation plan, including architecture design, data mapping and integration, deployment, testing, and go-live  Collaborating with Product Managers, Developers, and Designers to configure out platform to meet client needs  Leading by example in writing clean, maintainable documentation and code  Driving innovation and improvements in our implementation practices  Contributing to a culture of continuous learning  Requirements WealthTech, Banking or Fintech experience is a must Expertise in B2B software implementation is a must Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and a customer-focused approach  Proven track record of leading and implementing complex software projects in distributed teams  Experience with order management systems, books and records platforms, trading rules engines, and other middle and back office wealth and asset management systems  AWS or Azure experience  Working experience with deploying and managing containerized applications.    Nice to have:  SaaS and on-prem software implementation experience  Previous experience in client service / client-facing roles  Experience integrating with established back office platforms – Temenos, Advent, Avaloq, Bloomberg, etc.  NodeJs, Temporal experience  Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
