BlackStone eIT is seeking a skilled Solution Architect with expertise in Lean IX for a 3-month contract position. The successful candidate will be instrumental in optimizing our enterprise architecture by utilizing Lean IX to provide clear insights into our IT landscape. You will engage with diverse teams to implement effective solutions that align with our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to gather requirements and develop Lean IX strategies. Design and implement Lean IX solutions to improve visibility and governance of the IT architecture. Evaluate current enterprise architecture practices and provide actionable recommendations for enhancements. Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote understanding of Lean IX capabilities and best practices. Create and maintain documentation related to architecture standards and guidelines. Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Lean IX solutions to ensure they meet business needs. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive integration of enterprise architecture initiatives. Provide performance monitoring and analysis of Lean IX solutions, delivering insights to stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture with a strong focus on Lean IX. In-depth knowledge of Lean IX functionalities and best practices. Experience with architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Experience leading workshops and facilitating discussions on enterprise architecture. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices. Able to work independently and in team settings. Availability to start immediately and commit to the 3-month contract duration.
