Key Responsibilities Welcome and greet all visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly demeanor. Answer phone calls, redirecting them to the appropriate personnel and taking messages when needed. Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for office staff. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently. Assist with basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents. Support office management by maintaining supplies and inventory levels. Coordinate and assist with company events and meetings as required. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administrative support are an advantage. Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong multitasking abilities with great attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Friendly and professional demeanor, with a customer-oriented attitude. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
