Job Description for Full Stack Developers and Data Migration Specialists: • Position: Full Stack Developer & Data Migration Specialist • Number of Resources: 2 • Period of Engagement: 6 months • Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in data migration projects • Location: Primarily onsite with flexibility for remote work as needed Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement data migration strategies. 2. Develop custom ETL tools using Microsoft Full Stack technologies. 3. Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and resolution of migration issues. 4. Provide post-migration support and create user guides. Required Skills & Qualifications: o Microsoft Full Stack Development (C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server) o Experience in React JS and Software AG webMethods o At least 5 years of experience with SharePoint and MS SQL Server, including data migration expertise. o Proven ability to manage large-scale data migration projects with successful outcomes. o Experience in data governance and security best practices. Preferred Qualifications: o Experience with Azure Data Services and cloud-based migration tools. o Certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer, Data Analyst Associate)
