As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues and providing end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications: • At least 5 years of experience in desktop support or a related field • Proficient in Windows OS, MS Outlook, Office365 Google Suite, and other desktop applications • Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP • CCTV & PABX experience will add value • Server expertise including experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Windows Server is a plus • Experience with enterprise-level antivirus and endpoint protection software • MCSE & CCNA certification will be preferred • Knowledge of remote desktop support tools such as TeamViewer, LogMeIn, or Remote Desktop Services Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to end-users • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues • Install and configure desktop software and peripherals • Perform maintenance and upgrades on desktop systems • Monitor and maintain inventory of hardware and software
