As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues and providing end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana). Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and hybrid cloud environments. Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Red Hat Certifications (e.g., Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift, Red Hat OpenStack Administrator) are a plus. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are preferred.
