As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues and providing end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in cloud technologies, excellent leadership skills, and experience with Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Red Hat OpenShift/OpenStack projects. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. Manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. Ensure alignment with business objectives and IT strategies. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and DevOps teams to drive project success. Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, roadmaps, and status updates. Allocate resources effectively and track project budgets. Implement and oversee Agile/Scrum practices for project management. Coordinate with vendors, partners, and third-party service providers. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in IT and cloud infrastructure. Strong knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift, OpenStack, Linux environments, and Kubernetes. Experience with cloud computing, containerization, and DevOps methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana). Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and hybrid cloud environments. Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies. The Investment professional is supporting the sector head to oversee strategy, budgeting, risk, talent, compensation, and M&A initiatives in our portfolio companies. The position is also responsible for managing the value of our investments in the sector, initiating and managing transformation initiatives at our portfolio companies, evaluating new investment opportunities.
