As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues and providing end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation of Red Hat solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in cloud technologies, excellent leadership skills, and experience with Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Red Hat OpenShift/OpenStack projects. The position is also responsible for managing the value of our investments in the sector, initiating and managing transformation initiatives at our portfolio companies, evaluating new investment opportunities.
