Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Aquarium Maintenance and Coral Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the care, maintenance, and monitoring of marine, with a strong focus on coral health and aquascaping. Key Responsibilities: • Perform regular maintenance of aquariums, including cleaning, water changes, and equipment servicing. • Monitor water parameters (pH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, salinity, etc.) and ensure optimal conditions. • Care for live corals, including placement, fragging, feeding, and disease prevention. • Identify and address algae issues, fish health concerns, and coral stress signs. • Maintain filtration systems, protein skimmers, UV sterilizers, and dosing equipment. • Record all maintenance activities, livestock health, and water quality data. • Communicate with clients regarding tank health and service schedules. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in aquarium maintenance, specifically with reef tanks and corals. • Strong knowledge of marine and freshwater aquarium systems. • Familiar with aquarium equipment, plumbing, and lighting systems. • Ability to identify fish and coral species, diseases, and appropriate treatments. • Comfortable working with saltwater systems and live coral handling. • Physically fit and capable of lifting water buckets, tanks, and equipment. • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
