Typing Center Staff / Customer Service Executive Location: Mussafah M36 Abu Dhabi Job Type: Full-time Company Overview: We are a well-established Typing & Document Clearing Center in the UAE, providing services such as visa processing, Emirates ID, labour contracts, immigration applications, business licensing, and other government-related services. We are currently looking for experienced Typing Center Staff to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding government and legal documentation. Typing applications for immigration, labour, economic department, Amer, Tasheel, ICA, and other UAE government portals. Prepare and process visa applications, Emirates ID, trade license renewals, and related documentation. Communicate with clients in a professional manner and ensure high-quality service. Maintain records and follow up with government departments when necessary. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a Typing Center or Document Clearing Office in UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE government portals (Amer, Tasheel, ICA, MOHRE, etc.). Good typing speed in English & Arabic (advantage). Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. UAE experience is a must. Salary & Benefits: Attractive salary package (to be discussed based on experience).
