Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Junior AutoCAD Draftsman with UAE experience in joinery to create precise technical drawings and layouts for custom luxury furniture and fit outs for high end residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will translate design concepts into detailed drawings for production and be involved in the entire production cycle, while maintaining the industry standards and company guidelines. Key Responsibilities ·        Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings and layouts for custom joinery projects, including furniture, cabinetry, and interior fit-outs, using AutoCad. ·        Interpret architectural and design blueprints to develop accurate and practical shop drawings for production. ·        Collaborate with designers, project managers, and the production team to ensure all drawings meet client specifications and project requirements. ·        Calculate dimensions and weight limitations, and advise on hardware, finishes and material requirements. ·        Conduct site measurements when necessary to ensure accuracy and alignment with designs. ·        Revise drawings based on feedback from clients or project managers. ·        Ensure that all technical drawings comply with industry standards, company guidelines, and project timelines. ·        Maintain proper documentation and updates for all drafting work.   Requirements ·        Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. ·        2-3 years of UAE experience as a Draftsman in joinery, carpentry, or a related industry is mandatory. ·        Proficiency in AutoCad is mandatory ·        Strong understanding of joinery detailing, furniture construction methods, and materials. ·        Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality drawings. ·        Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. ·        Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus.     Benefits Salary offered: AED 5,000 - AED 6,500, depending on skills and experience Visa and Insurance will be provided by the company.
