Job Summary: The Office Boy will provide general office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This includes handling basic administrative tasks, maintaining office cleanliness, and assisting staff with various duties as required. Key Responsibilities: -Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, and pantry. -Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required. -Handle incoming and outgoing documents, parcels, and deliveries. -Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents. -Support the administrative team with routine office tasks. -Ensure the pantry and office supplies are stocked and maintained. -Assist in setting up meeting rooms or arranging office events. -Perform any other duties assigned by the management. Requirements: -High school diploma or equivalent. -Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. -Basic knowledge of office cleaning and maintenance. -Good communication and interpersonal skills. -Punctual, reliable, and professional in appearance and behavior.
