Completion of residency training in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery. Board certification in Spine Surgery is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in spine surgery. Expertise in a variety of spine surgical techniques, particularly minimally invasive approaches. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient management. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to continuous professional development and education in the field. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
