Job Title: Sales Manager – Premium Eggs & Table Eggs Location: UAE (Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Umm Al Quwain) ⸻ Company Overview We are a well-established food trading company in the UAE, specializing in premium eggs and table eggs, with a rapidly growing portfolio in dairy, meat and poultry. ⸻ Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our business development and sales operations across all product categories, with a primary focus on premium and table eggs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the UAE’s food distribution sector, strong client relationships, and the ability to develop strategic growth plans while managing daily sales activities. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Business Development • Identify, target, and onboard new retail, wholesale, and catering clients. • Expand company presence across independent outlets and key accounts. • Develop and execute strategies to introduce and promote new product categories. • Build and maintain strong partnerships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and buyers. Sales & Client Management • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. • Recommend competitive pricing and promotional strategies based on market analysis. • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to maximize profitability. Market & Operational Oversight • Conduct regular market visits to assess product visibility, availability, and compliance with merchandising standards. • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats. • Analyze sales performance reports and prepare actionable recommendations for management. • Align sales activities with the company’s growth and expansion goals. ⸻ Requirements • Minimum 2+ years of sales or business development experience in the UAE food distribution industry. • Proven client network in eggs, dairy, bakery, and perishable food products. • Strong relationships with supermarkets, wholesalers, and foodservice buyers. • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. • Valid UAE driving license. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). ⸻ What We Offer • Competitive salary: AED 5,000/month. • Vehicle, fuel, accommodation allowance, and mobile coverage. • Commission and performance-based incentives. • Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company. • Supportive and professional work environment.
