We are looking for a passionate, creative Pastry Chef/Baker to join our tea shop team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing a variety of baked goods and desserts, with a focus on quality, consistency, and presentation. In addition to pastries, we are seeking someone with hands-on experience in pizza dough preparation, pizza making, and traditional Arabic fatayer. Responsibilities include developing and executing recipes that complement our tea selection, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety, and bringing innovative ideas for seasonal and specialty items. We are seeking someone reliable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about creating products that leave a lasting impression on our customers. Prior experience in cafés, bakeries is preferred. Please note that if you do not have an experience or knowledge about baking either pizza or fatayer, do not bother applying for this job. also, hard working is a must in this job and willing to learn other things as well. Also, the applicant shall have full knowledge about the pizza / fatayer needed equipments, machines, tools and oven as he will be responsible of this part in our shop. Good Luck !
