Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas To act as a Lead Proposal Engineer on all process enquiries related to Process services involving Bolt Torquing and Tensioning, Flange Face machining, Cold Cutting, Hydrostatic Testing, Hot Tapping, Pipeline Flushing & Cleaning, Pipe Freezing, N2-He Leak Testing, etc. To act as the lead responsible person for planning, preparation, approvals, submission, and close-out of RFPs. Write methodologies and execution plans for all the Process services jobs specified above. Preparation of P&L, GP, GM, and cashflow reports. Preparation of manpower and equipment deployment plans. Deal with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Contracts, Legal, Tax, BD and other divisions for tender input in a timely manner and take their sign-off prior to submission of proposal. Follow the tender approval matrix and ensure correct approvals are in place on a timely manner Demonstrate with evidence the cost efficiencies achieved through the estimation process Continue to manage the monthly reporting data Dealing with pre- and post-tender clarifications Ensure compliance with the tender format Storyboard reviews through kick-off and progress calls for individual tenders Bring in innovative solutions on complex pricing schedules Management of tender folders on the server Any other tasks assigned by the Tendering Manager to support the workload. Requirements Minimum Bachelor of Engineering Degree. Previous experience in a techno-commercial role Knowledge of deepwater and onshore pipeline and umbilicals' pre-commissioning is mandatory. Understanding of the onshore/offshore oil and gas market. Experience in engineering and procedure writing Previous experience in front-end customer engagement and complex solution offering Preferred: Relevant site-based industry experience.
