Site Supervisor - Civil engineer

Ontime Group is looking for a qualified and experienced Site Supervisor for Construction/Interior work - Civil Engineer to oversee our construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring that work is completed according to plans, specifications, and safety regulations. You will play a vital role in coordinating between different teams and ensuring that the project is executed on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily site activities ensuring compliance with safety regulations Monitor work progress and ensure quality standards are met Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and adherence to plans Prepare reports on project status and provide updates to management Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise on-site Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets Ensure proper documentation and compliance with construction laws and regulations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Capability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Valid UAE driving license is preferred Benefits Salary + Benefits
