With over 20 years of operational excellence in the luxury private aviation sector, our Dubai-based company is seeking a seasoned and innovative SEO & Digital Branding Manager to lead the redevelopment of our website and drive a comprehensive organic growth strategy. This role is pivotal in enhancing the digital presence and online visibility of our high-end aviation brand. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee the digital development and SEO strategy for the company’s online ecosystem. • Architect and execute a robust SEO strategy focused on driving high-quality, organic traffic and maximizing lead generation. • Optimize on-site SEO elements, including content, meta tags, internal linking structures, and site architecture to ensure optimal indexation and ranking performance on Google and other search engines. • Conduct ongoing keyword research, search trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify new opportunities for growth. • Develop and manage authoritative backlink acquisition strategies to enhance domain authority and overall site credibility. • Ensure compliance with technical SEO best practices, including site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, indexing, and implementation of schema markup/structured data. • Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-optimized, brand-consistent content that supports search visibility and strengthens storytelling. • Oversee website UI/UX to maintain a digital experience that reflects the sophistication and exclusivity of a luxury brand. • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, including keyword rankings, traffic analytics, CTR, bounce rates, and conversion funnels. Qualifications & Requirements: • Demonstrated experience in SEO strategy development and execution, with a strong track record of improving organic visibility and lead acquisition. • Expertise in industry-standard tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics. • Proficiency in managing and optimizing websites on CMS platforms such as Squarespace and WordPress. • Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, structured data (JSON-LD), and other technical SEO components. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the creative acumen to align SEO efforts with brand identity and narrative. • Experience working with high-end or luxury brands is a distinct advantage. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex SEO insights clearly to stakeholders.
