We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives and drive business growth through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and boost online engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies Oversee SEO/SEM, social media, email, content, and performance marketing campaigns Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights Manage the company’s website, landing pages, and online presence Collaborate with the design, sales, and content teams to align digital campaigns with business goals Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities Manage budgets and ensure ROI on digital marketing spend Generate regular performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Proven experience in digital marketing or related roles Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and automation tools Strong analytical and project management skills Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc. Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Opportunities for growth and professional development Creative freedom and a supportive team environment Flexible working hours
