Roles & Responsibilities We are hiring Customer Service Representatives / Call Center Agents in Dubai with employment visa and benefits. Handle customer calls, emails, and chats professionally. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Record customer details and maintain database accuracy. Resolve issues and escalate complaints when needed. Meet daily/weekly call handling and service targets. Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional manner at all times. Desired Candidate Profile High school / diploma / bachelor’s degree in any field. 0–2 years of call center or customer service experience (freshers welcome). Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu advantage). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software). Positive attitude and ability to work in shifts.
