Diet: steak/red meat, lots of eggs, salmon, chicken; berries + nuts; low-glycemic sides (veg, potatoes/rice). Prefer butter/olive oil/tallow; minimal seed oils. Seasoning simple but dialed. Either weekly meal prep or daily 1.5–2h fresh cook. Own visa or licensed agency only. Share packages/rates + sample menu. Start ASAP.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
