Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to create a seamless workflow and outstanding dining experiences. Train and mentor junior staff in grilling techniques and proper ingredient handling. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Grill Chef in a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality environment. Must have knowledge in continental/oriental cuisine but specialized in Grill Strong background in grilling techniques and knowledge of various cuisines. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be based in UAE.
