Description: An Aluminum Doors and Windows Fabrication Engineer is responsible for the technical design, planning, and execution of fabrication processes for aluminum-based fenestration systems. This role involves overseeing the production and installation of aluminum doors, windows, curtain walls, and related architectural elements, ensuring structural integrity, aesthetic quality, and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop detailed engineering drawings and fabrication plans using CAD software. 2. Select appropriate aluminum profiles, hardware, and accessories based on project specifications. 3. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility. 4. Supervise and optimize fabrication processes to enhance quality, reduce waste, and ensure timely delivery. 5. Oversee installation procedures to maintain alignment with design intent and technical requirements. 6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting during manufacturing and on-site installation. Skills & Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 2. Experience in aluminum fabrication, particularly in fenestration systems. 3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design tools. 4. Strong knowledge of fabrication methods, installation techniques, and material properties. 5. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality and other regulatory authorities. Provide innovative and practical design solutions within timelines. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering. Minimum 3 years of professional experience (preferably in UAE). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software. Knowledge of local building codes and submission procedures. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Job Description: - Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on concrete pumps (mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems). - Carry out routine servicing and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. - Perform complete overhauling of pump units, including hydraulic systems, engines, control valves, and wear parts. - Inspect and test concrete pumping systems to ensure safety and optimal performance. - Maintain accurate service reports and documentation. - Provide on-site technical support to clients as needed across the UAE. - Communicate effectively with the parts and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery. - Reports to Service Deputy Section Head. Qualifications: -Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with concrete pumps (troubleshooting, maintenance, and overhauling) - In-depth knowledge of hydraulic systems, engines, and control circuits used in concrete machinery. - Must be currently residing in the UAE. - Possess a valid UAE driver's license. - Must be not more than 40 years old. - Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical or related field preferred. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. - Good communication and reporting skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive work attitude.
