Follow the tender approval matrix and ensure correct approvals are in place on a timely manner Demonstrate with evidence the cost efficiencies achieved through the estimation process Continue to manage the monthly reporting data Dealing with pre- and post-tender clarifications Ensure compliance with the tender format Storyboard reviews through kick-off and progress calls for individual tenders Bring in innovative solutions on complex pricing schedules Management of tender folders on the server Any other tasks assigned by the Tendering Manager to support the workload. Requirements Minimum Bachelor of Engineering Degree. Previous experience in a techno-commercial role Knowledge of deepwater and onshore pipeline and umbilicals' pre-commissioning is mandatory. Understanding of the onshore/offshore oil and gas market. Experience in engineering and procedure writing Previous experience in front-end customer engagement and complex solution offering Preferred: Relevant site-based industry experience.
