Key Responsibilities: • Develop lighting design concepts and lighting layouts. • Create lux level calculations using Dialux / Relux. • Prepare lighting schedules, BOQs, and technical submittals. • Select appropriate lighting fixtures and propose alternatives. • Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, and MEP teams. • Create presentations and 3D visuals to demonstrate design intent. • Stay updated with latest lighting technologies and trends. Requirements: • Degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or Electrical Engineering. • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in lighting design. • Proficient in Dialux, AutoCAD, and preferably 3ds Max or SketchUp. • Solid understanding of LED technology, beam angles, color temperatures, and drivers. • Knowledge of control systems (e.g., DALI, KNX) is an advantage. • Strong attention to detail and visual composition.

The Investment professional is supporting the sector head to oversee strategy, budgeting, risk, talent, compensation, and M&A initiatives in our portfolio companies.
