Skills and Qualifications: Proven Experience: 15+ years of overall experience in financial technology and banking, with at least 10 years in payment system implementations. Leadership in two or more Payment Hub projects, with a proven track record of deploying top-tier solutions and managing complex financial architectures. Payment Schemes Expertise: Extensive knowledge of UAE payment schemes, including instant payments and RTGS systems, with a demonstrated ability to develop solutions tailored to regional banking needs. Techno-Functional Proficiency: Expertise in ISO20022, MT to MX migration, APIs, STP, and regulatory landscapes relevant to the UAE and other key markets. Strategic Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead techno-functional teams, execute strategic initiatives, and deliver high-impact results in collaboration with stakeholders. Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Data Platform Architect to design and lead the implementation of a scalable, secure, and modern enterprise data platform. You will architect end-to-end data ecosystems — from ingestion to access — while driving standards that ensure trust, governance, and performance across domains. What You’ll Own Platform Strategy & Architecture Define and lead the data platform strategy, aligning with analytics, AI/ML, and business intelligence goals.
