Key Responsibilities • Infrastructure & Network Management Manage secure and scalable IT infrastructure (LAN/WAN, servers, firewalls). Implement high-availability systems for critical platforms. Attendance Systems + CCTV + Emirates ID readers / scanners • Cybersecurity & Compliance Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and AML/KYC policies. Investigate and Respond to the Central Bank notices Conduct regular IT audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing. Oversee data protection, access control, and incident response procedures. • Application & Vendor Oversight Administer and support both in-house and third-party applications, including Exchange House software and compliance systems. Collaborate with third-party vendors for procurement of new solutions, ensuring alignment with operational and regulatory needs. Liaise with application providers to define new requirements, address system bugs, and implement issue resolutions in a timely manner. Coordinate with telecommunications providers to manage and maintain internet connectivity and service reliability. • Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Develop and periodically test disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Ensure minimal downtime during system failures or cyber incidents. • Innovation & Optimization Identify and implement new technologies to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Support digital onboarding, mobile app development, and payment gateway integrations. • Team Leadership & Training Supervise IT staff, foster skill development, and encourage a culture of innovation. Deliver regular cybersecurity awareness programs for employees. Skills & Experience Type Requirements Experience 5+ years experience in Exchange House out of which 3+ years in IT management role within financial services preferably in Exchange House Education Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Certifications CCNA certification CISSP, CISA preferred Technical Skills Implementing Security Projects such as NAC, PAM, IAM etc. Preparing Network Diagrams, Network administration of Cisco Firewalls, WIFI Access points. Hands-on experience with Exchange House applications such as SYMEX, CASMEX etc. is an advantage Analytical Skills Strong problem-solving and strategic planning ability Communication Skills Professional written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus Regulatory Considerations Must be familiar with UAE Central Bank Standards and Regulations

The Business Analyst II plays a key role in analyzing business needs and supporting product development through comprehensive documentation. The role involves gathering requirements, conducting gap analyses, and preparing clear, actionable documentation to support solution delivery. Key Responsibilities Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, interviews, and workshops. Analyze and document current and future business processes using BPMN. Create BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Design wireframes, mockups, and user flows to visualize features. Define MVP scopes and break down epics into backlog items. Collaborate with developers to clarify business logic and constraints. Review test cases and support UAT, defect tracking, and validation. Manage requirement changes and maintain version control. Lead stakeholder walkthroughs and demos to confirm requirement fulfillment. Prepare SOPs, user manuals, and onboarding materials. Contribute to RFPs, RFQs, and bid evaluations.
