We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to join our team and help ensure our products consistently meet the highest quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai in JAFZA. Some overtime and some night shift work is required. • Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods • Implement and monitor quality control procedures across all stages of production • Perform root cause analysis and lead corrective/preventive actions • Collaborate with Production, R&D, and cross-functional teams • Maintain detailed QC documentation, reports, and audit records • Conduct internal audits and support external audit and certification processes • Ensure compliance with company, client, and international quality standards ======== Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering • Minimum 5 years of experience in a QC role within manufacturing, production, or industrial environments (experience working in Japan or Taiwan is a plus) • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, GMP, and quality management systems • Proficient in inspection and testing techniques • Experience with RCA, CAPA, and non-conformance management • Familiarity with statistical quality control methods • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with QMS or ERP is a plus • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to interpret drawings • Knowledge of internal/supplier audits and compliance processes • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage tasks effectively ========== Company Description Fragrance Delivery Technologies Ltd. specializes in eco-friendly air-freshening systems using patented ‘Oxy-Gen Powered’ technology.
