Apt Resources, a well-known recruitment company, is seeking a friendly and outgoing Restaurant Hostess to join the team of one of their clients who have several restaurants in Dubai. As a Hostess, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for their guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable. You will be the first point of contact for guests and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Greet guests as they enter the restaurant, providing a warm and friendly welcome
Manage the reservation system effectively, ensuring all bookings are organized
Coordinate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient dining service
Communicate menu options to guests and answer any questions they may have
Assist in seating guests and ensuring they are comfortable throughout their visit
Manage guest complaints and resolve any issues in a professional manner
Keep the restaurant organized and tidy, ensuring high levels of cleanliness
Requirements
Proven experience as a Restaurant Hostess or in a similar role
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Understanding of restaurant operations and excellent organizational abilities
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
A positive attitude and friendly demeanor towards guests
Flexibility to work in evenings and on weekends
High school diploma or equivalent education level.
