We are looking for a poised, experienced, and highly discreet Private Waiter to provide impeccable food and beverage service in private settings. The ideal candidate will have a background in fine dining or high-end hospitality, with a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for anticipating and exceeding guest needs. This role requires utmost professionalism, confidentiality, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities Provide discreet, attentive, and personalized white-glove table service during private meals and events. Execute all aspects of service, including table setting, silver service, plated service, and French service, as required by the event. Expertly describe menu items, ingredients, and wine pairings to guests. Manage wine and beverage service, including proper decanting, pouring, and glassware handling. Work closely with the principal(s) and/or Event Manager to understand and execute precise service standards and preferences. Assist with pre-event preparation, including polishing glassware and silverware, and ensuring the dining area is immaculate. Maintain a calm, professional, and unobtrusive presence throughout service. Handle special requests and dietary restrictions with care and confidentiality. Assist with post-event clean-up, ensuring the venue is left in pristine condition. Required Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitstaff in a fine-dining restaurant, 5-star hotel, ultra-high-net-worth household, or on a superyacht. Impeccable grooming and professional presentation. Extensive knowledge of formal table service techniques, etiquette, and international dining customs. Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail terminology and service protocols. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact gracefully with a diverse and high-profile clientele. Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules. Must be an experience waiter and capable to serves VIP, a stay in waiter act as a personal waiter
