Private Room for Rent

For Filipino couple or ladies only. Fully-furnished private room for rent in a villa located in Al Maqam. 1,000 AED per month (for one person only), one month advance, and one month deposit. Rent includes DEWA and Internet. One big bathroom is shared with a family of three (a Mother, caretaker, and an 11-year-old boy). We can accept female tenants or a couple, the rent would be 1,500 AED.
